Yes, you are able to choose your delivery date. However, the delivery times are set dependent on where you live. We plan our routes to ensure we minimize mileage and carbon emissions. You will receive a text with an approximate delivery window 24hours before your delivery slot.
No, if our time slot is not convenient you can request that your box is left in a safe place or with a neighbor
You are able to substitute a maximum of 3 items from your box. These can only be from items of the same category. However, you are able to add as much of your favorite fruit/veg additionally.

Your fruit and veg is packed in a temperature-controlled area and once packed is delivered the same day.
Any orders for Friday will need to be placed by Wednesday Midnight
Any orders for Monday will need to be placed by Saturday Midnight

Yes, we have a range of recipes available. We love to hear from you too, if you have a favorite recipe, we would love to know
We recycle and re-use our boxes, we would be more than happy to collect them from you on your next delivery.
All our produce is the highest quality farm produce. However, we cannot guarantee it is organic.
Once confirmed your order cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us and re-arrange your delivery date.
We care about you and the environment; we recycle and reuse all of our boxes. Just keep it safe and we will collect it on your next delivery!
